玄関はリモートロックで、ご滞在中は事前にお知らせする個別設定した暗証番号で出入りします。

The entrance is remotely locked, and during your stay you will enter and exit using a individually set PIN number that will be provided to you in advance.

夜間は外灯が２２時まで自動点灯しています。At night, the outside lights are turned on automatically until 10pm.

玄関を入ってすぐのリビングルームのテーブルの上に、日本語だけでなく、英語、中国語、韓国語で記載されたハウスルールファイルを置いていますので、利用方法等をご一読の上、チェックインシートをご記入ください。代表以外の方は氏名と住所のみで結構です。法令で義務付けられていますので、必ずご記入ください。

There is a house rules file written in not only Japanese but also English, Chinese, and Korean on the table in the living room right after entering the entrance, so please read and check how to use it. Please fill out the in-sheet. If you are not the representative, only your name and address are sufficient. Please be sure to fill in this information as it is required by law.
